Not necessarily. An account is only required to register projects to the platform. All other components are accesible without registration.
Everyone can create an account using their email address. Once an account is created, use your log in details to register and review your projects.
The CBT has been conceived to be used by varios stakeholders in the property sector. Arup is also developing a Circular Infrastructure Toolkit.
Framework
Yes, the toolkit is based on relevant international best practice and policies such as the EU Taxonomy and EU Level(s). The strategies are also aligned with the Circular Economy principles of the World Green Building Council (WGBC), as well as National Green Building Councils.
The Framework proposes ten different design strategies across four overarching principles: Build nothing, Build for long term value, Build efficiently and Build with the right materials. Each strategy has a set of discipline-specific actions, that will guide the designer to implement the strategies into their projects.
The strategies are aligned with the 9R Framework, which describes the 9 steps between Recover (least preferable) and Refuse (most preferable).
We encourage every team to use the Miro workshop template. The board will guide your design team through the different strategies and actions and help you define how ro embed specific circular economy actions into your project design.
Case Studies & Tools Library
